Parent/child account ₤4 per month (max 100 sheets download per month)
Teacher/tutor account ₤6 per month (max 250 sheets download per month)
Registered school account ₤20 per month (unlimited download per month)

When you register your credit/debit card it will be debited monthly until you cancel your account with PrimaryLeap Ltd.

We provide a "cooling off period" which gives you an opportunity to cancel the subscription by giving notice of cancellation to Primary Leap Ltd.

The cooling off period is seven (7) days from the initial subscription payment. We will then send you a notification that we have received your cancellation. All cancellation requests should be emailed to info@primaryleapfrog.com. A full refund will be issued within fourteen (14) working days after receiving your notification. Refunds will be given if the criteria's below have been met:

(i) You have requested cancellation within seven (7) days of signup.
(ii) You have not downloaded more than ten (10) worksheets (not incl. answers).
(iii) You have not downloaded the material with intent to breach copyright.

Cancellations notified/refunds requested after the cooling off period are given at the discretion of the company management.

This website makes use of cookies. (ii) Schools may reproduce these sheets for their own use so long as they have a schools account.
(iii) Alteration of the sheets in any way or form is forbidden and is considered a direct breach of copyright and will result in legal action.
(iv) Worksheets may not be used in conjunction with any other image; this will also be considered as breach of copyright.

Distribution of any worksheets and/or usernames and passwords is strictly forbidden, unless you meet the following criteria and its conditions:

(i) You may distribute worksheets only in a school/home tutor environment.
(ii) You must have the appropriate site registration and licences agreement. Distribution rights only come with teacher, trainee teacher and tutor accounts.
(iii) Schools may not re-sell any worksheets/passwords/usernames what so ever.
(iv) Worksheets and account details may not be given to any other persons than those who have registered.
(v) Parent/child accounts have no distribution rights what so ever.

Schools accounts are available for multiple uses on multiple computers. Teacher/tutor accounts are single use with a single computer. Parent/pupil accounts are single use with single computer. Failure to adhere to the membership conditions can result in termination of your membership without a refund.

Conditions of membership differ with the different types of user accounts available, breach of any of terms & conditions of membership may result in the immediate cancellation of your account without any refund and/or legal action being taken.

We offer three different types of user account these being:

1. Parent/pupil
2. Teacher/tutor/trainee teecher
3. School/college

1. Parent pupil accounts.

Parent/pupil accounts are designed for the sole use of a parent and/or pupil to help facilitate their learning, schools/colleges/teacher/tutor should not use this type of account and anyone found doing so will have their account terminated without a refund and we reserve the right to take legal action against them and we shall prosecute them to the fullest extent of the law as stated in our copyright definitions. The terms and conditions of a parent/pupil account are as stated below:

(i) Parent/pupil accounts are single user, and restricted solely to that use. Any misuse of a parent/pupil account can result in immediate termination of your account and no refund will be given whatsoever.
(ii) It is forbidden to distribute any materials, user names and passwords to third parties. It is possible for Primary Leap Ltd. / primaryleapfrog.com to determine when an account is being signed in under multiple computers. We can terminate your membership immediately, and may prosecute you under the breach of copyright law as stated in the copyright law definitions above.
(iii) A parent and their child may use the parent/pupil account and we recognise that both parties will be using the one account; we fully expect that a parent will download the answer sheets and/ or check their child's progress.
(iv) It is forbidden to print the worksheets and pass them onto anyone else. This will be considered a breach of copyright. (see copyright definitions above)
(v) It is forbidden to misuse a credit/debit card in order to obtain content from this website. Anyone one found to be misusing a credit/debit card will (a) have their account cancelled and (b) the relevant authorities in the country of origin of the card will be immediately notified.
(vi) Failure to comply with these terms and conditions can result in the termination of your account with no refund given whatsoever.

2. Teacher/tutor accounts.

Teacher/tutor accounts are deigned solely for those teaching or tutoring, it is forbidden for any other person to use this type of account. Verification will need to be provided that you are indeed a teacher/tutor. Validation may take anywhere up to two (2) weeks to process. Distribution of worksheets is only allowed within a classroom setting and or at the person's place of training i.e. a certified college/university. Any misuse of this account will result in immediate termination of your account and no refund will be given whatsoever and we may also prosecute to the fullest extent of the law under the breach of copyright see copyright distribution guidelines above. The terms and conditions of a trainee teacher/tutor are stated below:

(i) Teacher/tutor/trainee teacher accounts are for single use with some distribution rights attached to them these are stated in the following terms and conditions.
(ii) It is forbidden to supply a school with worksheets from a teacher/tutor account.
(iii) It is deemed acceptable that a teacher/tutor may use the resources from the site within a school, but solely for the lesson they are working in.
(iv) A teacher/tutor account can only be supplied when the correct verification has been supplied and Primary Leap Ltd. has checked that it is correct.
(v) Verification can take up to two (2) weeks to process we aim to process your forms as quick as possible but regret that sometimes there may be a delay especially leading up to the start of a new school year.
(vi) Acceptable forms of verification are as follows: (a) A statement from the head teacher at the school in which you are working. (b) A valid student union card with the appropriate documentation stating the course you are taking. (c) A written letter from the school/college/university you are studying at stating the course you are on. (d) A personal request from the head teacher/head of year/head of faculty.
(vii) The sheets may be reproduced and submitted in work pertaining to your course, any other distribution will be deemed breach of copyright and will result in the termination of your account and may be prosecuted to fullest extent of the law under copyright laws.
(viii) It is forbidden to pose as a teacher/tutor with the intent of using the resources school wide any such occurrence of this will result in the immediate termination of your account with no refund.

For validation please download the validation form from the forms section on the front page of the website and email them to sue@primaryleapfrog.com will process your verification as quick as possible.

3. School/college accounts.

School/college accounts are designed for multi user/computer accounts and are therefore designed solely for a school/college/teaching establishment, the terms of membership for this type of account are listed below:

(i) This type of account comes with a schools distribution licence; worksheets may only be distributed within your school.
(ii) It is forbidden to distribute worksheets to any other schools/societies; anyone found doing so will have their account terminated immediately with no refund.
(iii) Codes passwords and usernames are unique to each school it is forbidden to give these out to anyone else.
(iv) Every school has a unique identifier number it is important that you distribute this code to your pupils if you wish to take advantage of "resources for schools promotion".
(v) If your school does not a have a unique identifier number (UIN) please contact us at contact@primaryleapfrog.com and we will send you one out via email.
(vi) Anyone found abusing their account will have their account terminated without refund and maybe prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
(vii) Worksheets may not be reproduced other than photocopying for pupils work any attempt to alter the sheets in any way or form will be considered breach of copyright and may result in termination of your account without refund and prosecution to the fullest extent of the law. (see copyright definitions above)
